BCI Janitorial has provided commercial kitchen cleaning services for restaurants, industrial kitchens, catering facilities, and airport lounges throughout Dallas since 1990. Every job is approached based on what is actually in the space, not a fixed checklist applied the same way regardless of facility type or layout.
The process starts with preparation: moving appliances, removing equipment where the job requires it, and staging the area before cleaning begins. The team works through all surfaces, cooking equipment interiors and exteriors, hood systems, and floor drains, then conducts a post-cleaning inspection before the kitchen is returned to service. If anything in the space falls outside what standard cleaning can address, BCI flags it rather than working around it.
BCI does not subcontract. Every technician on a job is a W-2 BCI employee, not a 1099 worker sourced through a third-party arrangement. For a restaurant that holds vendors to the same standards it applies to its own staff, that matters. BCI holds MBE, WBE, HUB, and SBE certifications and has maintained them alongside three decades of work in the North Texas market. We typically respond to estimate requests the same day or by the next business day.
